Payment options
Choose the right way to pay
The physical loyalty card and LaundryCat are separate self-service tools.
Physical loyalty card
Use and reload the Pocket Change Loyalty Card at participating stores. Load $20 and receive $2 in bonus laundry value. A new physical card costs $1. A 3% surcharge applies to debit/credit payments at the kiosk.
Check My Card BalanceLaundryCat
Use the mobile account for live machine availability, adding funds and phone payment at any machine reader. A 3% surcharge applies to card loads in the app.
Traditional quarters
Use quarters at Hendersonville, New Leicester Highway and Candler, with a change machine on site. Sweeten Creek does not accept quarters — kiosk card or LaundryCat only.

Self-service questions
Do I need LaundryCat to use the laundromat?
No. LaundryCat is a convenience tool. Participating locations also accept the physical Pocket Change Loyalty Card and traditional quarters. Sweeten Creek is the exception — it accepts kiosk card and LaundryCat payments only, no quarters.
Does an available machine stay reserved for me?
No. LaundryCat shows the current status at the selected location, but availability can change before you arrive.
How do I pay with LaundryCat?
At any machine reader, press the green Pay button in LaundryCat and bring the top of your phone close to the reader.
Is the physical loyalty card the same as LaundryCat?
No. The physical Pocket Change Loyalty Card is a reloadable store card. LaundryCat is the mobile experience for availability, adding funds and phone payment at every reader.
