Do I need to be home?
No — the service is completely contactless. Bag up your laundry and leave it on the porch. We pick it up and return it clean and folded.
How does scheduling work?
Use the scheduling form on this page or the Pocket Change Laundry app. Scheduled next-day pickups are handled by our internal team; on-demand orders use DoorDash and Uber driver partners.
What does it cost?
Service is $1.75/lb with a 35 lb minimum. Our in-house delivery fee is $5 one-way; on-demand orders pay the DoorDash or Uber rate instead. Recurring orders receive 5% off.
Do you come to my neighborhood?
We serve Asheville and surrounding Western North Carolina areas. Enter your address when scheduling to confirm coverage.
Can I make special requests?
Yes — add detergent, softener, hang-dry, separation or other handling notes to the order.
